# KLIK Initial Coin Offering (ICO) Requirements Document

## Introduction

This document outlines the technical, operational, and security requirements for KLIK’s Initial Coin Offering (ICO), which will serve as the official **Seed Round**. KLIK is a social media platform that tokenizes content, allowing creators to sell access and build communities using ERC-721 and ERC-1155 contracts. All in-app purchases are conducted using **KlikCoins** (In-App KCs), KLIK’s internal currency. The ICO will convert these **In-App KCs** into **Crypto KCs** (ERC-20 tokens), enabling new investors to participate.

The architecture is designed to support subsequent funding rounds, with a robust system to facilitate future investments. The document includes a liquidity strategy that incorporates decentralized exchanges (DEXs) like Uniswap and plans to work with centralized exchanges (CEXs) such as Binance and eToro.
