KLIK Initial Coin Offering (ICO) Requirements Document

Introduction

This document outlines the technical, operational, and security requirements for KLIK’s Initial Coin Offering (ICO), which will serve as the official Seed Round. KLIK is a social media platform that tokenizes content, allowing creators to sell access and build communities using ERC-721 and ERC-1155 contracts. All in-app purchases are conducted using KlikCoins (In-App KCs), KLIK’s internal currency. The ICO will convert these In-App KCs into Crypto KCs (ERC-20 tokens), enabling new investors to participate.

The architecture is designed to support subsequent funding rounds, with a robust system to facilitate future investments. The document includes a liquidity strategy that incorporates decentralized exchanges (DEXs) like Uniswap and plans to work with centralized exchanges (CEXs) such as Binance and eToro.
